Note: In this Sunday's sermon Michael says, in relation to Pharaoh's commands to oppress the Hebrews: 'We have no indication of any Egyptians resisting any commands like these.' After the sermon a listener reminded him that the daughter of Pharaoh (the first Pharaoh in Exodus) resisted her father's command to kill Hebrew male babies by rescuing the baby she named Moses. This correction doesn't greatly affect the point being made in that part of the sermon (that the Egyptians, at least in the main, supported the oppression of the Hebrews). But we don't want to say anything from the front that isn't completely true, so we release the sermon with this correction.
